I bought these to replace my worn out Keen Pittsburghs thinking I wanted to try something different after wearing Keens for 6 yrs. Definitely not as comfortable. Removed stock insoles after 2 days and replaced with aftermarket and that helped some. Lack adequate padding around the ankles. Its a catch 22, as I wanted to give them a chance so had to wear them for a few days for "break in". Didnt help much, and now cant return them.The best fitting safety toe boot I've tried. Lightweight, roomy and durable, so far. Took a star because of the laces. All the Irish Setter boots I've owned come un-tied way too much, especially when new. The problem gets better as the laces wear.The boots are great, I was sent the wrong color boot though. I was sent a brown instead of gray.They definitely took a little while to break inA good and comfortable bootThese boots fit very well and a comfortable. I wore them all day right out of the box and had no problems.WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRANDI bought my husband work boots and hunting boots and he loves both pairs. They are light and have good support. Hopefully they will wear as well as they fit. Living in the mountains he is hard on boots between hiking, clearing timber, working on the road with heavy equipment etc. I'll update the review if they wear out to fast or have other issues.
