This 7-Quart Digital Slow Cooker features a temperature probe and precision sous-vide feature for versatile cooking options. Use the temperature probe to achieve the ideal temperature for meats, and use the sous-vide function to prevent overcooking and achieve restaurant-quality results. There are 3 heat settings: low (8-9 hours of cooking), high (3-4 hours of cooking), and warm to keep food at the ideal serving temperature. Plus, cleanup is a breeze thanks to the dishwasher safe stoneware pot and tempered glass lid.
